Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account and order information you provide (name, email, phone, shipping address, researcher type, institution), and technical information collected automatically (IP address, browser and device details, pages visited).

2. How we use it

To process and ship orders, operate your account, provide support, prevent fraud, enforce our Research Use Policy and comply with law. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

3. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (payments, shipping, email, analytics) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are needed to run the site, for example to keep you signed in, hold your cart and protect forms. These cannot be switched off.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which products are added to the cart or purchased. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and browser and device information; Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use analytics data for advertising.

Under some state privacy laws, including California's, this kind of analytics may count as "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, Google Analytics is not loaded.

5. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (see section 4). Contact [email protected].

6. Retention

Order and compliance records are retained as required for legal and tax purposes.
